If the guest fails to cancel / modify his/her reservation within a timely manner or guest fails to show up, the guest will be charged for the first night rent plus tax. Group bookings must be cancelled / modified at least 14 days prior to arrival date. For Group reservations, If the guest fails to cancel / modify his/her reservation within a timely manner, the guest will be charged for the total rent plus tax.
