1. On-site parking is limited to one compact / midsize car per guest room; free public parking is available across the street.

2. Extra person Fee: $25 plus tax per person per night.

3. No Pets Allowed

4. All Guest rooms are strictly non-smoking. Guests who smoke will be charged $200 and must check out immediately.

5. Photo identification and credit card deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges / Room Security Deposit.

6. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in; special requests made via this website cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

7. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor designated smoking area

8. Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

9. Hotel preauthorizes your credit card up to 2 weeks prior to arrival date.

10. Assuming no damages/smoking/incidental charges; authorization deposits are voided within 5 business days of check out date.

11. Free cancellation / modification are allowed as long as the reservation is cancelled / modified at least 4 days prior to arrival date. If the guest fails to cancel / modify his/her reservation within a timely manner or guest fails to show up, the guest will be charged for the first night rent plus tax. Group bookings must be cancelled / modified at least 14 days prior to arrival date.  For Group reservations, If the guest fails to cancel / modify his/her reservation within a timely manner, the guest will be charged for the total rent plus tax.
